Unifair Wealth acts in the capacity of an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-319188). We distribute mutual funds of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs). We are not registered Investment Advisers.

2. Risk Disclosure

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Past performance of the schemes is neither an indicator nor a guarantee of future performance or returns. Financial decisions should be based on your individual goals, risk profile, and individual circumstances.

3. Equity & Demat Disclosure

All demat, trading, and equity transaction services are provided through authorized broking partners. Unifair Wealth facilitates account opening and education but does not execute trades directly or provide guaranteed/assured returns on equity investments. Stock market trading carries significant market risks.

4. Insurance Disclosure

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Insurance products are underwritten by respective registered insurance companies. Unifair Wealth distributes these products in compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

5. Loan Against Mutual Fund Disclosure

Loan approval, interest rates, eligibility, and disbursements are strictly at the discretion of the respective lending partner/bank. Unifair Wealth acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee loan approvals or dictate terms.

6. Commission & Remuneration Disclosure

In our capacity as a distributor, Unifair Wealth earns trailing commissions and distribution fees from the AMCs and financial product providers whose products we distribute. Details of the commission structure can be provided upon request.
